RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Physical Products: All sales of physical products are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Every physical order is shipped fully insured. If an order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can address the issue and, when applicable, assist with an insurance claim.

Digital Printable Products:  Digital printable orders cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase. Printable products are delivered automatically and almost immediately after checkout, and I have no ability to stop or recall the delivery once the order has been placed. If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your printable files, please contact me. I am happy to assist with any technical issues related to receiving your purchase.

Physical Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel a physical product order, please contact me as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, I will do my best to accommodate your request.

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact me. I will always do everything I reasonably can to help and make things right.
